Tom has been in business for himself since 1985. He began his career as an appraiser working for the Assessors Office and also worked in the Savings and Loan industry as an appraiser.
Tom and his staff appraise both residential and commercial property. They work for private individuals as well as banks.
While appraised values are still down for this year, it does look as though home prices are beginning to stabilize and there seems to be more multiple offers on homes. There are some great opportunities for those looking for some investment properties.
