Jim has been in the food service business for most of his life. His parents owned a local shop as he was growing up and owned several local business such as Captain's Quarters, The Galley Sandwich Shop, etc.

Jim attended all local schools, Mark Twain Elementary, Hoover Junior High and Lakewood High School.

Jim has ran the food service at the El Dorado Golf Course Restaurant and Event Center for several years and does a great job. El Dorado is the busiest public golf course in Long Beach, doing two million a year in revenue.

The El Dorado has great price points for their meals and great service from their long term staff. Part of what makes El Dorado so good is that Jim still to this day, visits the Wednesday morning Farmers Market in LA each week for the freshiest ingredients for his business.

Rather then have one give-away to one Member at his talk on Monday, Jim is offering the following to all Members.
