Trust Deed Investments

Woody Financial Realty Corp. primarily loans to professional borrowers for the purpose of purchasing and rehabilitating investment property for resale. They also originate equity loans for other investments such as apartment houses, commercial, industrial, churches and heirs to an estate. They do not make owner occupied loans.

Currently, many of Woody Financial Realty Corp. loans are made to professional borrowers, who borrow over and over for the purpose of purchasing and rehabilitating property for resale.

As an example, they have financed purchases and projects for one of their borrowers, a contractor, on more than 100 properties per year for the past 7 years. This contractor has an excellent payment history and produces quality construction.
