88th Annual Business Meeting
On Monday, February 8, 2010, the 88th Annual Business Meeting of the Executives Assocation of Long Beach was held.
Minutes of the February 2009 Annual Business Meeting were approved.
The 2009 Financial Report was received and filed.
The 2010 Budget was approved with the following major changes:
1. Booksigning fine has been increased to $20.00.
2. Executive Dues have been increased 4%. Effective 2nd Q. 2010 Executive dues will go from $260.00 per Quarter to $270.00 per Quarter.
3. Associate Dues have been increased 4%. Effective 2nd Q. 2010 Associate Dues will go from $105.00 per Quarter to $110.00 per Quarter.
4. 3% Cost of Living Increase was given to the Executive Director.
Other small increases or decreases were made to the 2010 budget and can be viewed by reviewing the 2010 Budget that was provided to all Members two weeks prior to Annual Meeting.
