Meg is one of our newest Members in the EALB and we are thrilled to have her in the Association and to have the Classification of Architect filled.
Meg is the Owner and Principal, of Architecture M Inc. located in Long Beach.
Prior to being in the Architectural field, Meg was in the Financial arena getting her degree from The University of Connecicut. After graduating she began her career as a Financial Analyst at a large corporation and went on to be a Controller at another larger firm.
During this time, Meg felt she was not working in the field she was meant to be in. She had always loved the field of Architecture, so she went back to school and graduated from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona with a degree in Architecture.
She then spent years working for a couple of large Architectural firms before deciding she wanted to branch out on her own. So, Meg founded Architecture M Inc.
Architecture M's specliaties include:
Sustainable and energy efficient design
LEED certified design
Educational and Health care design
Financial feasibility analysis
While Architecture M may focus on Education, Commerical and Civic Projects they also do Residential projects.
The Booksigning is with Architecture M as an on-line booksigning. Go to http://www.architecturem.com on their home page, under "Our Practice" and e-mail or call me, Peggy, to state one of the areas that Architecture M focuses on.
