The Membership (those present at today's meeting) worked in "round table discussions" today to come up with the 2010 "Top Ten" open Classification list.

The list will be complied and given to the Membership Committee to reivew and come up with a contest for the Membership to bring in new Members. The Membership Committee may want to continue with last year's groups (and place new Members in Groups with open spots), or they may come up with a brand new idea/contest. So, stay tuned...

Quarterly Dues: The Board of Directors has asked that I enforce the following guidelines in terms of payment of Quarterly Dues:

- $20.00 late fee WILL BE ENFORCED going forward. If your Dues payment is received after the due date, you will be charged the $20.00 late fee.

- The Bylaws do state that in order for a Member to attend our weekly meetings that Member must be a "Member in Good Standing" which includes being up to date with their Dues payments.

- Once your payment of Dues is 30 days past due, we will annouce at a meeting one week prior that names of those more than 30 days past due will be printed in the Riptide the following week and the Member will receive a phone call asking the Member not to attend weekly meetings until their dues are paid in full.
