Scott Williams has been a Member of EALB for many years and his father many years before that.

Scott has always been instrumental in the proceedings of the Association and is always present at the Board Meetings to lend his advice and guidance in accordance with the Association's Bylaws. He is currently Chairing the Bylaws Committee which has been meeting to "update" our Bylaws which were written orignially by Scott's Father many years ago.

Scott spoke to our Group today about the General Practice of the Law and spent several minutes answering questions in regards to filing your minutes with the Secretary of State. Great Question and Answer session and if any Members have general business legal questions, Scott is your man.

The Book signing is with Scott for two weeks and their office hours are:

M-Th. 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Fri. 9:00 a.m. - Noon
