Our Business Promotion / Mixer Committee talked about our 2nd annual "Long Beach's Largest Mixer".
Last year was a great trial run with over 300 people showing up at The Grand to learn more about your businesses, generate some leads, and promote the Execs for more members.
This year we want to build on it and our committee members spoke today and what they need from us to make it a successful event.
First we are looking for Corporate sponsorship's for the event. It is $500 to be a corporate sponsor and is due September 16th.Your sponsorship will have your logo on all printed and digital advertisement. It will also cover your food table as well .
We also need confirmation from you to make sure you would like a table at the event. Its free for you, though, if you would like a food sampler near your table it will cost $75. We need to know by September 16th. If you choose to not have a table your classification will be open for other businesses to promote at the mixer.
We are asking for either a basket donation or a $50 donation. Elizabeth will be contacting people who were at the meeting for either one we will need by the end of September.
All members are free to come to the mixer and can have a plus one ticket. It will be $5 to get into the event.
With all of you, we can make this mixer a success for The Execs and a great event to promote your business.
