Welcome to the Executives Association of Long Beach Member Directory

The long standing slogan of the association has been "Business is our Business". The Executives Association of Long Beach (EALB) was founded in 1922. It is an association of Long Beach business executives, each of whom represents his or her respective firm at the management level.

The Long Beach Executives Association is a member of the International Executives Association, a worldwide group of similar associations. It is not a service club, a social group or fraternal order. The EALB is a networking group for business owners and high level executives. It has but one unique objective: to capture the natural bond of common interest which exists between business executives and by regular weekly meetings, develop and enjoy a brand of fellowship conducive to the creation of additional and profitable business for all its members.

It does not require its members to patronize each other, but it does provide opportunities for each member to promote their products or services and it can open doors that otherwise are closed to desired business. Members of the EALB often consider the association as an extension of their own business or profession.

On Monday, September 9th the Executives Association of Long Beach met for their weekly meeting to hear from Bob Littrell of Shoreline Fabricators.

For 25 years, Shoreline Fabricators strives to do above average quality, with value and service to keep customers coming back. At Shoreline Fabricators, they measure, fabricate, and install all types of general sheet metal items.

Bob Littrell is a past president of the EALB and has been a member of the association since 1994 in the classification of Sheet Metal. Bob was born and raised in Long Beach and attended Cal State Long Beach working on a degree in industrial arts before being lured away by the ski slopes of Aspen, Colorado. He is happily married to his wife Robyn and together they have two daughters.

Bob gave us insight into the sheet metal business. He works with metal from 16 to 26 gauge and all the way up to 1/4" thickness. He works mostly with prefinished metals. The types of metals he works with include: aluminum, galvanized steel, stainless steel, steel and for the higher end clients copper. Bob works on residential and commercial projects along with his 10 employees.

A good lead for Bob is any new construction happening around town. Also, if you know anyone with metal roofs or siding, they are good referrals as well..

Next Meeting:

Next Monday we will be back at The Grand to hear from Kolby Pabst of Pabst, Kinney & Associates.
